Edrig Brake Stand/Gas Valve Control Handle

A Brass CNC turned 2 part mod which slips over the original slightly shortened valve spindle and locks in place with an 8ba grub screw (Allen Key Included), a hacksaw and file will be required to fit this item, full fitting instructions are included with this item.

A CNC turned, milled & hand polished safety valve cover made from high grade CZ121 Brass, to fit the new Accucraft Edrig locomotive & will replace the Caradoc MK1 type below, this cover will fit Edrig, Caradoc, Superior & Wrekin, made to a Tag Gorton Design.

Caradoc Safety Valve Cover
(Bowater's Type)

Made from brass and silver soldered this safety valve cover is based on the type found at use on the Bowater's Paper Mills railway, the two tubes vent the steam up and over the cab spectacle plate thus helping the drivers view, give your Caradoc that industrial look!

The cover is supplied un-painted and would look best with polished tubes and painted turret.

To fit Caradoc but will also fit Superior & Excelsior

Accucraft Chuff Pipe

The MLW "Chuff Pipe" is a screw in blast nozzle and chamber which is silver soldered together to a set height, this can in the majority of locomotives accentuate the chuff sound (not all locomotives produce a louder chuff when fitted with this pipe) and stops water & oil being thrown over the loco.

For Excelsior, Superior, Caradoc, Mortimer, Edrig, Wrekin & Ruby.

Introducing the MLW "Excelsior Superburner" developed as a direct replacement for the old straight slot burner (l/h side), the new burner features easy lighting, silent in operation, more heat & extended running times (when used with the new cylinders).
This mod cost's £25 + £2 p+p and requires your old burner to be sent to the MLW.

Regulator/Gas Valve Handle Combo Pack

These handles are fine (1/16" 1.59mm dia) and discreet, they feature Stainless Steel handles Silver Soldered to a Mild Steel boss with an 8ba Grub Screw (Allen Key Supplied), finished in PS1 Etch Primer, the SS handle can be bent to any required shape.

Fits All Accucraft Loco's.
