Managing Director
After 20 years of Defence industry experience, Lloyd has joined RHH Franks as Managing Director, and is eager to build on the companies past success and continue to grow the business.
Lloyd has spent much of his career at a Dorset based engineering company where he started on the shop floor learning the grass root operations of the business. From there he progressed into Project Management and during that time he successfully completed an MBA degree at Bournemouth University. This experience gave him the confidence to continue rising through the ranks, first becoming Programmes Manager, then Programmes and Finance Director before finally taking over as Managing Director.
As Managing Director Lloyd led the business through a period of significant change and growth, resulting in wider recognition of the business at regional and national business awards. Following these successes Lloyd managed the business through a sale process and continued to work for the company post acquisition.
Lloyd is looking forward to using his knowledge and experience at RHH Franks after what has been a tough couple of years in the commercial aerospace sector. His experience and in-depth knowledge of the engineering industry and people management will be an asset to RHH Franks as they continue their expansion plans.
A huge football fan and supporter of AFC Bournemouth, Lloyd is delighted by their promotion back to the Premier League.
