Production Director
In 1989, Steve started at RHH Franks as a sheet metal worker before progressing to foreman, factory supervisor and then production manager. He has held his current position since 2012 and ensures the smooth running of the complete production schedule, from client request through to component delivery.
Engaging with the factory floor and understanding each and every stage of a job, Steve is always aware of any potential production problems before they arise, and rarely unable to find a solution that will have negative consequences down the production line, or leave any department temporarily dormant.
With more than 30 years’ experience, seeing first-hand how client demands have shifted as manufacturing processes have changed, Steve is highly adept at accommodating jobs at all levels without compromising productivity or quality.
