Using direct machining connections to import most types of drawing formats, we create, modify and convert CNC programmes to deliver world-class products on time and on budget.

Working to client specifications we can produce small turned parts less than 3mm in diameter to larger components weighing 200kg, our machining processes and capabilities are wide ranging.

CASE STUDY ONE

An aerospace client had a requirement for a ‘Y’ shaped duct to be manufactured with no welded joints. We were able to design and manufacture the part from a solid billet to unique specifications.

CASE STUDY TWO

We were approached about a previously fabricated part that failed the strict testing methods due to the original method of manufacture, where multiple components were joined. Working with the client, we were able to machine the item from a solid bar, meeting the testing requirements and reducing lead time.
