Utilising the powerful and functional CATIA V5 software, we take product concepts from 3D design to initial prototyping and provide detailed analysis of existing drawings.

We produce and test samples, investigate the use of different materials and how to optimise the design for weight, cost and durability, working in partnership with our customers. This in-house expertise and technology enhances our ability to upload existing designs in exact formats as well as manufacture new tools, jigs and fixtures to fulfil unique requirements.
