Manufacturing Manager
Steve brings over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry including the aerospace, defence, telecom and oil and gas sectors.
Starting as a shop hand at the age of 17 at a precision engineering company in Hertfordshire, Steve discovered a natural ability for problem-solving and CNC machining.
His many years of shop floor experience enabled him to progress to Production Manager where he gained invaluable team management skills.
Having spent time in roles including sales, planning and production management, Steve has progressed into a well-rounded Senior Manager.
Having recently relocated to Hampshire to find a new challenge, Steve joined RHH Franks in October 2022 and aims to help grow and improve the business as part of the management team.
He is very much enjoying his relocation, living on the edge of The New Forest where he and his wife take their two much-loved Shih Tzu dogs on long, scenic walks.
He is also doing his best to enjoy the challenges of the many golf courses in the surrounding area, taking care to avoid the horses and cows that can be found wandering the fairways!
